FAQ's

To guarantee your order prior to EMAs, it must be placed on or before Friday, October 4th 2024. We cannot guarantee the delivery of an order if placed after this date, and all orders are subject to courier transit.

PLEASE NOTE: For UK orders, VAT will be shown in the basket (subject to location) plus postage and packaging which will be
calculated on an individual order.

HOW TO PAY

OPTION 1

Credit Card via Online Store (preferred method). Please select your shipping options. We will contact you if there are any extra cost implications/duty/tax separately.

PLEASE NOTE: There may be additional shipping and/or duty and tax charges; if so, we will contact you once the order is placed.

OPTION 2

For those who do not have a credit card and who wish to pay via a PO through MARKET/SWIM, you will need to
email: maria@eventmerch.com. We will manually process your order and send you an invoice, which you can then process through Market and generate a PO to send to us via SWIM.

NOVEMBER 4TH 2024 (UK Orders + Local Delivery to Paramount Int Networks)
Goods will commence dispatch to be delivered to you at the specified delivery address.

NOVEMBER 8TH / 9TH 2024 (Local Delivery to Co-op Live Arena)

Goods will commence dispatch to be delivered to you at the specified delivery address.

PLEASE NOTE: Local Delivery to Co-op Live will be a dedicated vehicle. We are also able to drop off at hotels; please specify
